RESULTS AT A GLANCE

Produced 400+ assets across digital, retail and brand channels every season.

The Vision

Every campaign began long before the camera came out. I collaborated with merchandising, marketing, and cross-functional partners to define the creative direction, then translated that strategy into a cohesive visual language. From casting and styling to jewelry selection, lighting, and on-set direction, every decision was made to reinforce the brand story.

Casting the Right Story

Casting wasn't about finding the most beautiful faces—it was about finding people who embodied the brand. I built diverse casts, balanced personalities and demographics, and selected talent that felt authentic to our customer while supporting each campaign's objectives.

Styling with Purpose

Styling extended beyond wardrobe. I partnered closely with stylists, makeup artists, and merchandising teams to determine how jewelry would be layered, how piercings would be showcased, and how every detail—from nail color to neckline—would support the product and the brand.

On Set

On set, I directed talent, collaborated with photographers, stylists, and HMU teams, and continuously refined poses, styling, jewelry placement, and composition. My role was to protect the creative vision while adapting quickly to keep production moving efficiently.

The Result

The creative system extended across every customer touchpoint—from retail environments and packaging to email, social, digital experiences, and e-commerce—creating one cohesive brand wherever customers encountered Banter.

“Great campaigns don't happen by accident.
They're the result of hundreds of intentional creative decisions made long before the shutter clicks.”

—Traci Rogers, Creative Director
