Banter Summer was designed as a scalable, social-first campaign system spanning retail, digital, experiential, and motion content — built to maximize creative output while significantly reducing production costs.


The Challenge

Banter needed a summer campaign that could scale across every customer touchpoint — social, email, retail, paid media, and experiential — while operating under tighter timelines and a significantly leaner production budget.

The challenge wasn’t just creating a seasonal campaign. It was building a modular content system that could continuously generate fresh creative across channels without relying on excessive agency spend or fragmented production workflows.

My Role

As Creative Director, I led the campaign from concept through execution — overseeing creative strategy, shoot planning, casting, styling direction, content architecture, and post-production rollout.

I directed multiple shoots, built the social-first content system, partnered with production teams and external vendors, and developed a scalable asset framework designed to maximize output across paid, organic, retail, and experiential channels.

Rebuilt the production model entirely — bringing shoots in-house, consolidating agency spend, and creating a modular asset framework that eliminated redundancy across formats.

The result was a 59% reduction in production cost with measurably stronger creative output. Not cheaper work — smarter work.

Vertical-first content designed for both organic and paid social distribution.

Developed for NYLON House at Coachella, the activation merged experiential design, creator content, and social-first storytelling into a culturally driven brand experience.
